Bought this Avonia .... my first .... lost the label on the way home.
Could anyone make an ID please?
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs. Recently discovered gorgeous Gasteria.

Could well be Anacampseros Albissima, looks like more than one plant in the pot.

Stuart
Many thanks. My thoughts were in that direction when I looked at Llifle. Stupidly I took insufficient notice of the label which never reached the boot of the car.

I found a label on the floor in the big area between the show and the sales area. I left it on one of the show tables.

I did look to see what it said, but cannot now remember. IIRC it looked like one of the labels that Stuart writes out.

Thanks Chris
But I know that it wasn't from him that I bought it.

Is it from JC? We bought one from him at Leeds. I think it is labelled Avonia papyracea, but it has thinner stems than the plant we had of this species before, so Stuart's suggestion might be right. Ours also had lots of plants in the pot and we've split them.
