Hi everyone!
Thanks Ernie for passing me August this month. So I was thinking yesterday of a competition theme I could do, and the on that popped into my head first was windows. By windows, I mean the translucent, (coloured or not) parts of a plant/leaf in many haworthias, mesems etc.
The photo should catch the light through the plant like a stain glass window. (If possible) And I am looking mainly for good lighting to make the plant sparkle (natural or not) and I am also looking for a nice plant.
Good luck and have fun!
Thanks

Haworthia retusa
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs. Recently discovered gorgeous Gasteria.

I'm not sure I got enough light here to suit the needs of the competition, but the leaves sparkle a little when zoomed in
My Frithia humilis in flower (and first approach to the pitch black background, am still not sure what to think about it...):

Not sure if these leaves are transparent enough to be windows
