Looks great, Wayne. Any wider photos of this bed?

The plants are great, but I also love the hard landscaping. Definitely bookmarking this as inspiration for my own dry bed.

Re: Agave talk & pictures
This is one that came as agave horrida mediopicta but I have a similar green plant that came as purpurosum, any one got any views or intel on this. It was a nightmare when it was small & nearly died twice but now seems to have toughened up & got growing at last.
Agave filifera compacta mediopicta, another nightmare toddler but fine now
One for Edd, get saving your pennies for next year as baby snaggle are here

Re: Agave talk & pictures
Agave purpusorum - note spelling - is an old name still in use for a form of Agave ghiesbreghtii which, itself, can look rather similar to Agave horrida. That whole group are a nightmare, names misapplied, plants look similar etc etc.

Re: Agave talk & pictures
Thought I'd add some pics of some offsets coming on some of mine too! (Sorry that the pictures are on the bench - I snap too many leaves moving these!)
This came as 'Golden Princess' and was newly potted up and not in great health. It has then rooted, lost almost all of its original leaves and proliferated with loads of new growths. I'm planning to leave them untouched for a while to see what happens and then split them up when they are all a good size (hopefully!).
This one came as 'White Mountain' from a seller in the Netherlands (before Brexit). It (and the 'Kazo Bano' pictured later) were tiny offsets but are finally starting to grow nicely and the 'White Mountain' has a couple of offsets coming at the base. And while I was posting those I thought I'd share some pics of my of other variegated VRs. Hoping these will get some offsets at some point too but happy with them just keeping growing! Most are in 11cm square pots but the last one is in a 5" square pot.

Re: Agave talk & pictures
Great plants and nice variety in the variegation. I’m kind of jealous as all of my attempts with variegated VRs have been unmitigated failures…
