Bill's not on his own - New Arrivals

Post by Trevor »

Justa couple of crummy pics of my latest order of plants that have come in the mail today. A few Dorstenias, some Pachypodiums, a couple of Monadeniums and Euphy's. Perhaps of greatest interest to me, my first ever Pseudolithos plants - very cool B)-
And just for Colin Walker, an Astrophytum asterias...LOL (:D, just kidding Colin, there are some Ceropegia's in there as well !

Hi Trevor,

Excellent additions. Just a pity about the Astrophytum, but then I guess you can quickly sell that on.:):)
Cheers,

Hi Trevor, nice little plants there. I'm pleased you managed to pick up the cactus despite what Colin says (tu)

Some interesting looking things there Trevor.

I have a little confession in that one when I went to Bob's the other day I came away with few Astrophytum asterias to add to my collection, so you are not alone Trevor.;)

Tina, those are Dorstenia "lancelota" - which I think are actually supposed to be cripa V. lancifolia. The silver sheen and darker stem give this one a great look. I'll post a pic when they recovered a bit more from their mailing ordeal !

Hi Trevor,

I think this is merely one of the many forms of the very variable D. foetida.

Tending more towards cacti :D, particularly Gymnocalyciums, Rebutias, Sulcorebutias, Echinopses, Thelos, Feros and Mamms (and anything else I like the look of!) all in an 8 x 6 polycarb greenhouse and a few windowsills!
