And chuckle. I thought I was the old wrinkly.
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs. Recently discovered gorgeous Gasteria.

Re: A few more buds
My knippelianus v kruegeri has finally flowered today. The buds have been teasing me for what feels like weeks.
Growing in Nottingham for the past 4 years and recently found my way to a Nottingham branch meeting. A few plants on a windowsill has very quickly turned into a greenhouse full!
Attempting to grow a range of turbinicarpus, coryphantha, escobaria and several other cactus genera. Tylecodons, pelargoniums and conophytums keep me occupied in the winter and an ever expanding number of gasteria live under the bench.

Ian; Yes the E. knippelianus in my post above has been like that for 3 weeks now, just watered that side of the greenhouse tonight so maybe that might just give it the nudge

Re: A few more buds
Not many flowers in my greenhouse yet but it's looking like I should have lots of new hybrid seedlings flowering this summer, along with others in a few weeks.
Terry, the Notocactus with buds in the 4th picture are from your seed. Looks like a few will flower this year.

Re: A few more buds
Thanks Ed
Nice to know that you're getting buds on the hybrids.
Buds .... yes.... but not on "the hybrids" here in GOC.
