I am not an expert but it does look similar to a couple of Gasteria/Aloe or Gasteria/Aristaloe hybrids I grow. There are differences from both, but to show what I mean, here are a couple of pictures of ×Gasteraloe 'Flow' (neither the name or the parentage seem 100% clear - this has reminded me I keep meaning to ask about it on here)
