First flower

Epithelantha micromeris L737. This plant was from seed sown two and a half years ago- seed was from ADBLPS.
The spines change as the plant matures. I think this plant still shows mostly immature spines - except for the longer ones at the top of the plant.
The flower is 4mm across- the plant 2.5cm across.

Its grown a lot quicker than some Epithelanthas I grew from seed...

I was not expecting flowering just yet. I was planning to repot and top dress with shells this year and perhaps
add limestone chips to the compost to see if I could boost the growth a bit. I think I'll hold off on this now.
