Ok
But what about post processing? Any machine? And for those of us who have more than basic skills, can the image be stacked? Or combined in multi-layered processing?
Just asking for clarification.
Post processing is acceptable and even encouraged, I'm not going to put any limits on what can be done so combining images is allowed

Jim you have provided us with the answer I was expecting, if not for which I was hoping.

Just realised I didn't really include the subject in my original post and can't edit it now. The subject is any cactus or succulent, single plants or groups including mixed plantings. Photograph can be taken in past and editing is allowed. The sole criteria is that the original image(s) were taken using a phone or tablet

I did write a guide on how to post images, it might need a slight update after recent changes to forum https://www.forum.bcss.org.uk/viewtopic.php?t=165491

Your image did make it but has fallen foul of the forum software ignoring the orientation flag, by clicking on the correct part of the posted image I have opened the original image and it is that portrait image that will be judged
