Two Echinocereus I'd say. The first one from the reichenbachii group. Don't know about the second one.

Agreed.
It has hair/fluff in the axils so cannot be Echinocereus

The second, Parodia penicillata perhaps.

Microhelia has white/yellowish flowers, microheliopsis has pink ones.
P- penicillata nivosa.
