Today I have put on 2 photos to illustrate why it is imperative to lable correctly, any seeds grown plants.
These are from the same batch of Haworthia Society seed offering.

My two favourite pots from Haworthia Society seeds so far:

351 - Haworthia springbokvlakensis x multiple parents (nice markings) X open (copied from the seed offering, I guess it's basically "H. springbokvlakensis x open X open" at this point as there is no way of telling who the "multiple parents" are). Not much springbokvlakensis to be fair, definitely some truncata and perhaps 'Kegani'?

355 - Haworthia truncata cv Lime Green X open (not so truncata as 'Lime Green' is a hybrid with H. cymbiformis if I got it right). Two are clearly more truncate than the rest, one is clearly not at all.

Its grow pretty quickly then!

Your variegated H. obtusa has quite different variegation to my variegated H.cooperi:

Ralph, you are quite right. There is not much variegation in that plant.
I put it on to show that not all seeds produce what the lable says.
I was planning on showing todays photo to illustrate this.
RIMG0005 s.JPG
This is from seed that came from a different scource, still labled H. obtosa variegata.
This is its summer colour, it is more green and translucent now.
