Some great photos here! I bought a mature p.tuberosus from ebay a couple of years ago. Unfortunately the plant arrived broken at what would be ground level.
The 'top half' flowered that year but hasn't since.
The 'bottom half' has since regrown 8-10 shoots 1-2 inches long but now appears to be struggling a bit unfortunately!

I feel there are some clones that don’t flower…. I’ve got a tuberosus that’s over 30 years old and it’s never flowered. I’ve tried pruning, leaving long, early water etc. No joy. It grows along side kuntzei plants that bloom every year…. I don’t get it.

Thats quite common in plants Cindermanrolls, roses, apple trees or whatever some flower well and others just sulk (a bit like people
)
