Another sweltering day in the tunnel. That bench I built a couple of weeks back is already completely full, the frame of the next one can be seen beyond it.
Very many plants repotted and rationalised over the last few weeks.
Here's some nice frailea buenekeri densispina, with big fat taproots.
Some L. haematantha LF62, surrounded by a mess of Notocactus schlosseri. I sowed a single seedpod of the latter and am now drowning in them, slightly regretting it.
Thelocephala napina and esmereldana, I find I lose these unless I'm very careful about watering in the first two years, so now I torture them by keeping them in small pots and treating them mean, hence the square roots.
A. capricorne major. nice dark spines!
Nice G. stellatum obductum
Some general views of the central bench.
More to follow soon.
To those who've kindly emailed re: sales - very nearly ready to go, I'm filling the website with plants gradually and will launch soon, watch this space.
Conrad.

It looks good. Its about the same size as ours. We installed a 30 x 18 ft tunnel last year. Ours is for personal use only.
Did you obtain planning permission? We live in a village which is a conservation area but as we live just beyond the village we are outside of the conservation area. Our tunnel fits the criteria not to require planning permission for private use but a tunnel this size for a business would need planning permission.
We have staging down one side but no other staging. We bring tender tropical style plants in to ours for winter. In summer we grow veg down the side without staging.

Thanks Juster, very kind, being kept rather busy (and not a little sleep deprived) by the new arrival, but getting there
