'South West Cactus Mart'

During 2012 the Bristol Branch will be starting a new 'Annual Cactus Mart' here in the South West.

Details are...............

'South West Cactus Mart', Portishead Youth Centre, 1, Harbour Road, Portishead, BRISTOL. BS20 7DD.

June 30th, 2012

Doors open 10.00- 3.30. Free admittance.

This new venue is situated at the end of the historic High Street, adjacent to the Portishead Marina. As well as a good venue it gives an opportunity for the family to come with the buyers to sample the Marina, boats & restaurants as well as the lakeground attractions on the nearby seafront.

With 12 Traders/Sellers now confirmed and booked in the 'South West Cactus Mart' is really looking to become a large gathering.

Any other Traders that are looking to join in, then please contact me as soon as possible so that your space can be guaranteed.

A vast array of Cacti & Succulents will be on sale from the various Traders for you to buy, so please will all members reserve this date in your diary and start to consider your travel arrangements.....perhaps utilizing car share etc etc.

Plenty of parking spaces are available in the road outside, as well as the adjacent Waitrose & Parish Wharf Sports centre car parks adjoining the venue.

Just to update you on another addition to the sellers.

John White [ ex Bradley Batch nursery ] is downsizing his personal collection and has kindly agreed to have a couple of stands at the Mart, so that he can offer these for sale to you all. These plants are outstanding, so please make the extra effort to attend to see what he has on offer.

It does unfortunately mean that you might have to put a couple of more notes in your wallet or purse to take advantage of his offerings !
