SAN glazing is acrylic. Its not as strong as polycarbonate, so not very strong in twinwall form, but the solid sheets are strong enough that you're not going to break them. Acrylic is very transparent and can be formed into the curved sheets that you see on some greenhouses, but like polycarbonate it can be scratched. For a similar price you can also get clear solid polycarbonate sheets, slightly stiffer at the same thickness.

You may find this place good value for acrylic and twinwall etc.

Is it enough to seal around the outsides of the panes, or better to do the insides as well?

Tending more towards cacti :D, particularly Gymnocalyciums, Rebutias, Sulcorebutias, Echinopses, Thelos, Feros and Mamms (and anything else I like the look of!) all in an 8 x 6 polycarb greenhouse and a few windowsills!
