Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs. Recently discovered gorgeous Gasteria.

Likewise ... but last evening there was another function in one of the buildings and the carparking was unusually busier.

I agree entirely. It shouldn't need to be blocked like that but I got fed up of finding pictures from the North West Mesemb Show all over Pinterest and having to fill in DMCA notifications to get them taken down.

Parking is available all the way along Mainway - best part of half a mile long - so the sooner you get there the nearer to the venue you'll be.
The carpark is small and usually reserved for sellers who (rightfully) don't want to have to cart their plants from Manchester New Road!
Willing helpers to carry plants in in the morning are always gratefully accepted from most sellers too!

The website still gives "nurseries attending TBC", is there a list that can be updated on the website and shared here? It's in 2 weeks, hopefully the list is compiled at the point.greatnorthernexotic wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2024 2:49 pm This is less than a month away and I haven't seen a thread about it, so here's one.

No info of sellers yet but I'm keeping my eyes peeled.

Mat; Full list of sales tables is on the Manchester branch Facebook page.
In addition I will have 3 or 4 tables with plants from a passed member, bargains to be had

I'd expect it to be on the website first, but thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Now I just need to find that Facebook page!

Is there a plan of sellers' stalls? I'd like to note down from whom I got some plants while I still remember anything...
