I've only (intentionally) produced one hybrid in all the years growing cacti. Back in 2020 I crossed a Chamaelobivia 'Shot silk' with what I think is a Lobivia aurea. The resulting seeds were sown in 2021 and the first flower on the half a dozen seedlings produced opened today.
I was expecting something akin to either mum or dad but think the youngster looks ok

Re: First hybrid flower
What a beautiful flower! Seems to have inherited the best characteristics of both parents, which doesn't always happen! Well done.

Re: First hybrid flower
A very worthwhile cross
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs. Recently discovered gorgeous Gasteria.

Re: First hybrid flower
Is this perhaps Lobivia haematantha v. rebutioides, rather than L. aurea?

Re: First hybrid flower
Your result reminds me of Chamaelobivia 'Struwwelpeter'
