Crassula nudicaulis var. herrei with nice, long leaves.
I have this labelled as
C. nudicaulis var. herrei LAV 29465, which seems to be a fairly good match (sorry for a photo cropped from a larger one!).

They all do, but if it indeed is a Crassula then be prepared for a disappointment
