Last year mine produced self-pollinated seed horns.

I sowed the resulting several hundred seeds about 4 months ago, in a tray with a sealed lid. They have stayed in this sealed humid environment ever since, with about 3 hours of direct afternoon sun every day.

What exactly do you do with them now?

Active grower of caudiciform succulents and mesembs. I don't really grow cacti (very often).

I'd take them out of the humidity. Keep them as warm as you can over the winter, then water them well when the weather warms up in spring. If you keep them in the house over winter, give them an occasional light watering. I'd prick them out before they get much bigger, else the roots will be tangled together - I prick stapeliads out quite soon.
