First Lithops flower of 2022
L. pseudotruncatella ssp volkii. Fairly young plants, but this one is the first by some way this year.

An express plant!
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs.

That is early, Ian. I have a dish of young volkii's and they haven't completely lost last year's leaves yet.

Wow
Like Rod, I'm still seeing old leaves shrinking

Re: First Lithops flower of 2022
Nothing on mine so far, but they may have been confused due to some very irregular watering this year (they got soaked in March and again in April). I had a geyeri in flower in May, but I'll count that one as very early rather than very late...

Lots of L. pseudotruncatella in flower now. Here's a rather nice Pallid Form, not that you can see much of it.

And a bit of a surprise, L. gracilidelineata 'Vertigo' with a bud. Very early.
