This one came from Michael Kießling a few years back but has never flowered like this before.

It seems to be an excellent year for Opuntia flowers - I've had several flower that have never previously flowered. Is that your experience too? Or is it just that some of my plants are now old enough?

Hi Mike, I think I have that clone from Michael but mine has not flowered yet.
Ralph you are right about small Opuntia flowers this year , must have been that early sunshine in March and April.
It has also made this sub forum a lot more active this year.
