I am going to pick this time unusual flowers.
This can be any weird flower that looks different to a normal flower, a flower with an unusual design, or a flower from a genus that we don't see very often (maybe a first time genus flower for you).

Hope this qualifies as unusual - the subtle shades of Pachyphytum compactum

Re: June 2017 - Unusual Flowers
I thought of this topic because this has flowered yesterday/today. Never had a Mila flower before. I've also spotted the mealy bug lurking near the top-right of the picture.

Re: June 2017 - Unusual Flowers
These are my most unusual flowers at the moment.
For some reason I could not load them at <500KB file size, so had to take them down to about 250KB.Obsessive Crassulaceae lover, especially Aeoniums but also grow, Aloes, Agaves, Haworthias and a select number of Cacti.

This happened to me the other day, Liz. I usually have no problem with JPG files of 500KB or thereabouts but I had to reduce a couple recently to a much lower size.Liz M wrote:For some reason I could not load them at <500KB file size, so had to take them down to about 250KB.

Re: June 2017 - Unusual Flowers
Hi,
Last minute again I'm afraid. I don't think we see many of these flowers on the forum, so I hope it counts as unusual.
I will also add that I cannot claim any credit for flowering this, as it was in bud when I bought it, and I had only had it about a week when I took the picture.

Re: June 2017 - Unusual Flowers
June 2022 update.
June must be the month for unusual flowers.
A holy trinity. Not sure how unusual this is. Google gives me nothing.
