Euro car parts oil spill granules no longer available

Post by edds »

As per the title, went to order another couple of bags as my first is running low and it is no longer available. I think I have found a replacement from eBay,

Hopefully it's just as good. Someone in a review online said they used it in their bonsai mix.

I've got to get some stuff for the car. We have a huge car enthusiasts shop in the village. I'll see what they are selling in that line. I don't use the stuff but I'm happy to do the research.
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs. Recently discovered gorgeous Gasteria.

Thanks Terry. It might be that it is a temporary thing but they seem to have a product in bags half the size which has a totally different name and packaging and isn't called granules so I'm suspicious.

I've been using that Tetrosyl stuff for a couple of years. It's just the same.

I don't know Sanicat I'm afraid. But it is similar to the original Tesco cat litter; slightly coarser grains.

In which case it is much finer than the Sanicat stuff, which is much coarser still.
