Re: Pereskiopsis

Hi all, thanks for all the great info regarding Pereskiopsis and grafting seedlings. I read many years ago that grafting seedlings on longer lengths of Peres.gave better results. In the past I have seen graftings on 2foot lengths, but did not see any smaller lengths to compare. Has anyone had any exper...

Re: Pereskiopsis

Hi All.it's not the correct time of the year for pereskiopsis cuttings, graftings etc, but thinking of next growing season already, could you answer this question please. I am sure there are very many val...

Re: g/h insulation

Ian,ok,there is a bit of a differance ,depending on what books we read,so I will give it a yes, and go for about 30% which seems quite an amount to me,and seems it is worth doing. Back to my digital thermostat(not thermometer). As my electric heaters are using the old fashioned bi-metalic strip,there...

g/h insulation

Hi all, this question has probably come up many times I am sure,so it really is not a new topic. Can any one give me a factual answer to the following. What percentage of heat can be saved by using bubble wrap,as the saving might be smaller than the cost of the insulation. Thanking you, PS would a go...
