Interesting thought, but my greenhouse stays fully open apart from maybe twenty cold nights most winters, and I don't fancy paying to dehumidify the entire atmosphere.. Same here. To be honest, dehumidifying a greenhouse sounds like a very odd idea. Fresh cool air is all you need to keep your plant...

Be carefull with repotting!
I had a pot filled with two year old plants. Lost them all after repotting somewhere in August a few years ago. But mine were still dormant, at least yours are active already.

Conclusion: sow half early and keep them shaded and sow the other half late and keep them in intenser light levels.

If they damp off, I would say they need more shade untill they are big enough. How much sunlight are they getting?

I have a few of these! I usually like many mesembs the most when they are dormant. Cerochlamys pachyphylla - summer active (for me), but flowers in December every year.
