The flower colour is greenish yellow and not that yellow as in the picture.

I use a low nitrogen fertilizer but that's only because it's the one I use for my cacti, a high nitrogen feed would probably be OK or even better. I am wondering if caudex plants with fast growing vines like Fockea edulis, and Kedrostis aficana and others like Cucurbitaceae do need ferilizer in the growing season.

If yes what type of (liquid) fertilizer ?
Is that cactus fertilizer or a regular (liquid) fertilizer for house plants ?
