I've been to the Birmingham Botanic Gardens, definitely recommended. A lovely big cyphostemma ect. In the cactus house

Very interesting. I know that it is considered a sacred tree, and in the Gambia people don't plant it, It has to self seed. its seeds and pulp are made into a drink for all kinds of ailments especially stomach problems and is high in vitamin C. I have tried it not very palatable.

Hello Pachypodiums love heat and light, put it in your warmest brightest spot. It does look like it has been kept in too darker position and has etiolated. Reporting really depends on your growing conditions. If you can give it enough heat and light repot in a well drained mix preferably with half m...

That's a lovely euphorbia Tina. Euphorbias are another one of my favourites, so many beautiful forms, and many relatively unknown.

Arios are definitely up there, just so unlike other cacti, also ferocactus, thelocactus, copiapoa, columnar cereus, small opuntiods , anything hairy, super spiny , spinless. I think that's enough to start with
