Re: Plant Labels
If this was just a one time thing and Assuming the price wasn’t too high, I’d buy 500-1000.

Turbinicarpus panarottoi (andersonii?) wins first prize for me this year. Two valdezianus plants following close behind though.

Re: Mammillaria ID
Thanks both. I’ll update my label.
Looking at other plants the seller offers and their eBay descriptions I don’t think a lot of effort goes into correct identification. I put in a low offer for it and was surprised it was accepted to be honest. Some prices for other plants are a bit eye watering.

I’m off to Southfields on Wednesday to see what I can find. I’ll also be at Spalding mart as well assuming the stars align.

Mammillaria ID
Hi, I’ve recently purchased this plant sold as m. crucigera. I’m not at all convinced by that ID - I bought it because I like it more than anything. I was thinking it could be karwinskiana- does anyone else have any ideas? Thanks! IMG_0818.jpeg IMG_0817.jpeg IMG_0816.jpeg IMG_0815.jpeg IMG_0814.jpeg

Re: Tradescantia navicularia Solved
It is very likely that is the same clone as mine (tu) I’ve remembered. It came from the sales table at the Sheffield branch show in 2022. I bought a few plants and I think this might have been thrown in… No worries Tony, I remembered you coming to one of them and wasn’t sure if you were returning. ...

Re: Tradescantia navicularia Solved
I have this plant that you’re welcome to if you’d like? One of those pots that I can’t remember ever getting and a plant that I know nothing about that.
Will you be at Spalding mart this year? I can bring it along if you are.

Gasteria ‘Pretoria’
Has anyone ever come across this hybrid/cultivar before?
Recently bought from Williams cacti as gasteria ‘Pretoria’
Reminded me of a large version of one of the forms of rawlinsonii with the teeth on the edges of the leaves.
Cheers, Ian
