Good choice
Endeavouring to grow Aylostera, Echinocereus, Echinopsis, Gymnocalycium, Matucana, Rebutia, and Sulcorebutia. Fallen out of love with Lithops and aggravated by Aeoniums.
Currently being wooed by Haworthia, attempting hybridisation, and enticed by Mesembs. Recently discovered gorgeous Gasteria.

Re: I took Stuarts advice
Tina ; I noticed they had them at the far end of the greenhouses in the sunniest spot.
I have a few Thelocactus in flower at the moment and will post photos if I get a chance.
Terry; in this case Few is less than lots but more than a couple

Re: I took Stuarts advice
Flowers at Southfields were much further advanced than mine on the south coast, we both have sunny greenhouses and similar watering so not sure why.
Other than trays of seedlings for sale and the 25% discount, there's no indication that they're aiming to reduce stocks and 'retire'. There's still plenty there. Don't miss it - Southfields is the last of the large cactus nurseries left.

Re: I took Stuarts advice
Ah. Yes I understand
The same quasi accurate estimate I use when declaring the arrival of a courier with specialist photo gear to record flowering cactus and succulents
