Fuerteventura last week of February
Euphorbia handiensis found in the Gran Valle, west of Morro Jable on the Jandia peninsular just before the dog rescue place on the right hand slope.What a hot place to be. Click on the tiny lettering on the bottom of the photos.

Caralluma burchardii found on the left side of the El Pinar road leading to Los Pinos Barbacoa south west of Betancuria and among pine trees of the picnic site. Unfortunately unripe seed pods only nor any flowers.

I was fortunate enough to discover Caralluma burchardii, when I was in Fuerteventura several years ago. I found it a very exciting find. I'm glad you found it in a different place to mine, this was high up in the mountains in the north.
Obsessive Crassulaceae lover, especially Aeoniums but also grow, Aloes, Agaves, Haworthias and a select number of Cacti.
