I suspect it is a truncata hybrid, rather than the true species which doesn’t usually offset as prolifically, and Tony’s advice is good. I find that Haworthias root very readily in moler clay granules, so if you have that to hand maybe give it a go.

Agree with Thrips - they love yellow mesemb flowers, and can run very fast. Unfortunately there are no current insecticides which will eliminate them, alas. The life cycle is that eggs are laid in the soil, and the young nymphs which are usually yellow, hatch out and feed on young growth, resulting ...

Congratulations on your first flowering! However it doesn’t look like C. comptonii (quite a rare species) which would normally have straw yellow flowers. Hopefully someone else might be able to identify it.

Definitely Conophytums, and one guess would be C. fulleri, but a bit difficult to say, without flowers.
