I tend to depot and wash all the soil off with a hose. Sometimes I will soak the plant in a neem oil/washing up liquid solution for a while too. Then keep physically separate from all other plants (not in or near the greenhouse) for at least a week sometimes longer, sometimes wash again then dry bef...

They grow very easily here as long as they are not in too much sun in the summer!

Yes, I think this is a nice little plant, it can't compete for flower power with lampranthus (which it is supposedly now included in) but it's leaves are much more interesting for the rest of the year. Thanks Simon, yes it was the moler clay I was referring to. Years ago some one on this forum said an alternative could be supplied by car part traders. I believe it was used for mopping up spiky oi. ! Thanks Yes that was from europarts but the bag they are selling now is different and I don't know ...
